This was the final event of the 2017 WTT series. Participation this year was very low, probably largely due to the abysmal weather conditions through much of the series. It started off with a temperature of 5.6°C, continued on with winds gusting to 53km/h, to rain and often more rain. We had two cancellations due to warnings of severe thunder storms and even tornados! Next year will be the 30th anniversary and, whether or not the weather cooperates, we're hoping to increase the participation! Thanks to all the volunteers and riders who were sturdy enough to ride this year. Here is a graph showing how people did in the pre-Invitational, and Here are the rankings for those who managed to do at least 5 WTT events this year with at least 4 of them being 15km WTT events.
